Events Committee

The Events committee plans and organizes fun and informational activities for UCLA students to de-stigmatize mental health and promote self care.  The events committee is centered on the idea of interactive awareness.   Students in this committee have a passion for creativity in engaging students in the conversation about mental health.

Past Events:
The Events committee has planned art therapy events where students de-stressed before finals week with hands-on arts and crafts. They planned the Mental Health Fair, which consisted of fun-filled games, activities and helpful resources.  This committee also hosts mental health movie screenings, puts on student speaking panels, and distributes self care kits to students during midterm season.
