WhaT we do

Active Minds UCLA is composed of five main committees –– Events, Workshops, Education, Advocacy, and Outreach. Through these committees, UCLA students take different approaches to tackle the subject of mental health and decrease the stigma surrounding mental health.

There is not one single way to raise mental health awareness.

We aim to create an inclusive environment and facilitate conversation, integrating mental health research, education, and politics through workshops, events, and educational presentations. Click on each of our committees to learn about their goals and projects!
