What do we do?

Active Minds UCLA is composed of four committees: Events, Workshops, Education and Advocacy (formerly known as All of Us). Through these committees, UCLA students take different approaches to tackling the subject of mental health and decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health.

There is not one single way to raise mental health awareness!

We aim to create an inclusive environment and facilitate conversation integrating mental health research, education and politics through workshops, events and educational presentations. Click on each of our committees to see what their goals are and learn about the amazing work they do on our campus!

About Us

Active Minds UCLA is a mental health advocacy group on UCLA's campus that aims to change the conversation around mental health! Our goal is to educate and inspire the Bruin community to speak out about mental health. We are one of the twelve committees under the Student Wellness Commission on campus.
