WorkshopS COmmittee

The workshops committee is devoted to creating programs that foster student wellness in the UCLA community. Every year, the committee hosts workshops that equip students with practical skills to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Topics include self-care, relationship building, and translating passion for mental health into a career.​

Past Initiatives
  1. Community Health in Action - Resilience and Reconnection Workshop: a workshop on the connections between the inner child, vulnerability, and identity, and finding ways to stay resilient during difficult times
  2. Collective Wellness w/ Cassandra Lam: a workshop on the importance of slowing down and practicing rest and reflection
  3. Coping with Election Season Workshop: a workshop on coping with election season, political discourse, and political stress
