Education COMMITTEE

​The education committee is focused on changing the negative perceptions of mental health through engaging presentations and activities.  This committee is involved in staying up to date on current events regarding mental health issues. Students in this committee have a passion for research, teaching, and advocacy.

Past Initiatives/Events
  1. Mental Health Networking Night: a night for undergraduate students to network and form connections with professionals from fields related to psychology, mental health, and medicine
  2. Men's Mental Health Workshop: a panel of guest speakers and open discussions on men's mental health 
  3. Academic Burnout and Impostor Syndrome Workshop: open discussions on academic burnout and impostor syndrome with a guest presentation from UCLA's student-elected Student Wellness Commissioner
